More acts announced for Graduation Ball!
We’re excited to reveal that two more big name acts have been added to the line-up in the Icehouse, Oceana’s largest room, at this year’s Graduation Ball on Monday 10th June 2013.
In addition to the previously announced top selling Example + DJ Wire, we have massive dance act Pendulum performing a one hour DJ set, and incredible UK vocalist Fleur also performing live.
Pendulum are an established part of the UK dance scene, have earned themselves huge chart success with tracks like Watercolour and Propane Nightmares, and had top billing at some the UK’s biggest festivals, including headlining spot at Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
As an up and coming solo artist, Fleur has already seen huge success through collaborations with the likes of Drumsound & Bassline Smith and has gained exposure as DJ Fresh’s vocalist on Fresh Live. Her debut solo single is due for release later in 2013, and her unique style makes her an ideal performer to have on the line-up for The Icehouse.
We expect to bring news of the final acts for The Icehouse on Thursday 2 May, and still have a whole host of great acts to reveal for Oceana’s other rooms – New York Disco & The Bar Quarter.
Tickets for Graduation Ball 2013 are £49 and on sale right now to all University of Southampton students and are available from www.susu.org/boxoffice or in person from The Box Office at Reception (Building 42).
