Students enjoyed a night of French cuisine as SUSU’s bistro bar, The Bridge played host to their first ever fine dining event.  Featuring food prepared by our Michelin star trained chef,  the night was a resounding success, with both high ticket sales and positive comments on the high quality of food. With a choice of two ticket options, a five course menu was on offer including dishes such as Ham Hock Pot-Au-Feu, Chicken & Mushroom Terrine with pickled pear and salmon ballontine with Dijon mustard and dill dressing.  Vegetarian options were also available, as well as a special lemon parfait with raspberries course for those with a sweet tooth.

After the success of the event SUSU are keen to organise more Fine Dining evenings in the future.
