This Free training session will be invaluable to any students looking to enter the work force over the next year or for anyone who want’s to get the C.V. in good order.

By the end of this session participants will be able to:

·         Discuss the importance of skills reflection in terms of employability and identifying development areas

·         Define the key transferable skills sought by employers

·         Appreciate a variety of methods for skills reflection and skills auditing

·         Apply techniques of skills auditing to enhance personal development and improve job applications, CVs and interview performance
