BEES need your help!
Fancy going behind the scenes of local businesses? Or gaining skills and work experience to add to your CV? Well you can do both by becoming BEES!
The Business Ethics and Environmental Students (BEES) team are about to head down to Portswood amongst other places, in order to audit local businesses on their sustainability practices, and we need your help to do so!
Our student volunteers provide free sustainability auditing services to local organisations, then suggest improvements on their ethical and environmental practices and help with implementing the best solutions for the company. This may sound like jargon now, but we will provide you with free training in order to make you a sustainability expert!
There are already 15 small-to medium enterprises that are ready for audit, including some favourites from Portswood high street. BEES volunteer training is open to all students and will provide business consultancy experience, skills in sustainability, leadership and communication whilst also looking great on your CV.
BEES can only take a limited amount of students on each audit so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
