Katy B will perform at SUSU Grad Ball 2015
Katy B is the first act to be confirmed for the ‘Music through the Ages’-themed celebration in Southampton on June 8 2015, with the 25-year-old singer-songwriter set to bring her unique blend of garage, funky house and R&B to the 4000-capacity venue of Oceana in the Leisure World complex.
Releasing her first album, the Mercury Prize nominated ‘On a Mission’ in 2011, the BRIT School alumni has gone on to garner huge success with her singles ‘Lights On’, ‘Katy on a Mission’, ‘Broken Record’, ‘Perfect Stranger’ and ‘Witches Brew’, and released her second album last year. ‘Little Red’ topped the UK album chart on release and spawned the hits ‘5AM’ and ‘Crying For No Reason’, meaning she is sure to set the dance floor on fire when she performs at the bash this summer.
Not only will we be revealing further acts throughout the week, we will also be hosting a ticket sales launch event this Thursday, March 5, giving YOU the chance to win incredible prizes when you purchase your ticket, for what is sure to be an incredible night.
Each hour from 9am to 7pm, a name will be picked from those who have bought tickets from the SUSU Box Office, with each winner getting a special prize which will be revealed on the day.

Tickets for SUSU Grad Ball 2015 priced at £45 are on sale from now until Wednesday (04.03.15) for students who registered for priority sign-up. General release tickets will be available from March 5 – with a split payment option available – priced at £50.
