Do you often feel stressed out with too much of workload? As time passes by, do you feel like you have more tasks on hand than you have time to do them or you could have effectively use your time to complete all the given tasks?
The trick is to organise your tasks and use your time effectively to get more things done each day. This can help you to reduce stress and do better at workplace.

Time management is a skill that takes time to develop and is different for each person. You just need to find what works best for you.

To help improve your time management SUSU, University of Southampton Students’ Union, are offering a special “Getting it done (Time Management)” session this Tuesday.

Hosted by our very own VP Sports, Katie Lightowler the session will enable participants to feel confident in their own ability to manage their time and to facilitate an understanding of what time management entails.

Booking closes on Monday at 4pm – so don’t miss your chance.

More about Your Skills

The Your Skills training sessions were first created to ensure that all our volunteers are equipped with the expertise to successfully carry out their volunteering roles within the Union.
The sessions have now been running for two terms, adding new subjects each week and are open to all SUSU volunteers.

All Your Skills training sessions are fun and interactive using different methods of learning from team working to self-reflection.

Each of the sessions are led by trained members of staff and allow students to share their learning.
