Rebrand: Are you ready for it?
Since December we have been working on a review and now a rebrand of SUSU.
It’s been quite a journey! We’ve completed surveys and workshops involving both staff members and yourselves and we’ve made visits to Holdens’ branding agency in Manchester to discuss some interesting concepts discussed along the way.
Since our last update, Holdens’ have been working on getting together a set of branding guidelines to help us implement the new brand. This includes how to use the brand in order to reinforce who we are based on everything we learned during our consultation process, which saw 10% of our membership take part.
The guidelines should be finalised this week and then we can concentrate on training staff to get them to grips with the new brand.
So when do we get to see the new brand?
We will be unveiling the new brand at our launch events on W/C 16th May out on the Red Brick Area and at Winchester. We will create Facebook events shortly, so look out for those for more details.
It’s fantastic to have involved so many of you in the process and we hope you’re all as excited as us about the Union’s future with a new and improved brand.
If you would like to know any more about the Rebrand, please get in touch with your Union President, Ben Franklin or go to our website. Alternatively, tweet us @yoursusu, or contact us via our Facebook page and we will answer your questions.
