Our Marketing & Communications Crew hit campus to get feedback on the student experience
Members of our Marketing and Communications Crew hit campus last week to gain your views on the student experience in both Southampton and Winchester.
The crew, who are also students here at the University of Southampton, took ipads around campus to encourage you to fill out the National Student Survey (NSS).
The national survey, which can be completed at www.thestudentsurvey.co.uk, is a UK-wide feedback indicator, which is used to help us and the University to improve the student experience.
Open to all final year undergraduate students, we use the information to make positive changes for the future.
Some changes we have made as a direct result of your feedback include:
- Women Of Wessex (Women in Sport Week), where we celebrated the sporting achievements of our female members
- An improved Academic Representation System with more promotion around who our Course Reps, Academic Presidents and Faculty Officers are so you can feedback on your course all year round
- Improved our Democratic Structure – so you can more easily make changes within our Union
