Our SUSU T-shirts have been on quite a journey…
We are very pleased to announce that our recycled t-shirts and sports equipment have successfully arrived in Liberia, through the fantastic Farm4life charity! They are being used in Farm4Life’s cricket programme, which aims to bring sport to as many people as possible, regardless of their background or economic situation.
Farm4life run a number of products, and are predominantly based in Ghana. Through their Adoley Centre, Education4life, Sportz4all and Container projects, this international charity aims to empower individuals and communities, provide relief from financial, social and economic disadvantage, and improve education and opportunities. Our t-shirts travelled to Ghana in containers from the UK, where Farm4life distributed them to this fantastic cricket project in Liberia!
Here is the Minister of Sport for Liberia, D. Zeogar Wilson, trying out the cricket gear!
Thanks to the efforts of Farm4life, these recycled t-shirts are being put to good use. We hope the cricket teams enjoy their new kit!
