Autumn Elections: Nominations are open

Nominations for our Autumn Elections are now open, so take a lead on your course, your Halls and your campus. This is your chance to make change to your university life and share the ideas of fellow students to the Union, the University and the wider world. You can nominate yourself at susu.org/elections.

Academic Reps

Our Academic Reps are there to listen to the concerns, ideas and issues of everyone on their course and relay these to us and the University. Find out what being a Course Rep is all about here: Course Rep

Block Reps

Winchester Committee

At WSA we are currently searching for the next Social Events Officer, Welfare Officer and International Officer. The Social Events Officer plans lots of exciting events for WSA students, the Welfare Officer while the International Officer ensures all international members are represented and feel part of our community.

Postgraduate Committee

The Postgraduate Committee are here to listen to the ideas and issues of our Postgraduate students. They also plan social events and make sure all our Postgrad students feel included across all campuses.

Postgraduate Research Reps

These are brand new roles for this year! Postgraduate Research Reps will represent PGR students in each faculty passing on their ideas and concerns specific to PGR students. Learn more about our new roles here: Postgraduate Research Reps

Zones Open Places

Each of our Zones has a number of open places available for students. The Zones meet regularly to discuss new ideas for activities and events, and consider ideas to be put forward for You Make Change. Find out more here: Ordinary Members

Senators

Union Senate is the political oversight body for the Union. It monitors the work of the Zone Committees, Union Officers and Trustee Board, monitors major expenditure by the Union and takes decisions on major Union issues. We are electing eight Senators this elections, and anyone can nominate themselves. Find out more here: Senators
