Welfare Wednesday Podcast No.4: Stress Awareness Day
Today is National Stress Awareness Day – an opportunity to take a moment to think about your wellbeing and find advice or support on managing stress. We’re getting the conversation started with this week’s Welfare Wednesday Podcast 👇🎧
This week we’re joined by Kiana, President of the Mind Society to talk all things stress at Uni.
An NUS survey found that 87% of students experienced stress at Uni. Deadlines, assignments, managing your money and being away from family and friends can all trigger stress. If you feel like you need help or would just like someone to talk to, you can find all the services available to you here.
If you’d like to get involved with Mind Society or would like to keep up with their upcoming events, you can find them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can find some more tips about dealing with stress from Mind, by clicking here.
You can now listen to our Welfare Wednesday Podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.
