SUSU Awarded Silver Investors in People Accreditation
Earlier this year, Investors in People (IiP) visited us to asses people management here at the Students’ Union. We are delighted to announce we have been awarded a Silver Accreditation for our IiP Assessment!
Investors in People are an independent, not-for-profit company that helps thousands of organisations to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. They work with organisations across the world who listen to and develop their employees to help them achieve their true potential. Silver is only awarded to the top 5% of organisations assessed, so we are very proud to have achieved this. A Silver accreditation means we are dedicated to improving and developing skills, leading, inspiring and supporting our team.
Our accreditation is in place until October 2020 and, in line with IiP’s recommendations, we will continue to look to make improvements in people management throughout the organisation, taking on board the feedback received from our assessor.
