Would you like to volunteer as a mystery shopper for SUSU?
We are currently looking for students to mystery shop at the Union’s outlets and feed back on customer service, quality and their experience to our team.

Some terms and conditions to be aware of:

  • The Union will reimburse students for up to the value of £5 or £10 for meal purchased, depending on the outlet it’s chosen from.
  • Money will only be reimbursed if there is a valid receipt for the purchase.
  • Money will only be reimbursed on completion of feedback form.
  • Students can purchase a hot or cold drink with their order, however alcoholic drinks are excluded from the reimbursement.
  • Students have to use their discretion to ensure they remain “mystery” shoppers.
