Taekwondo Club Place Second Overall in BUCS Championships!
Congratulations to our Taekwondo Club who placed second overall in the first ever BUCS Taekwondo Championships!
On their winning announcement on Facebook, SUTKD said:
“The team spirit at this competition was through the roof. It’s great to have ex members still coming to support SUTKD at these events – Man Fai Ng and Rhys Thomas – and thank you for helping out on the day with helping with match numbers and cheering competitors in the ring.”
“Whether you won or lost, you all got out there and performed to the best of your ability. That’s all we ask for and everyone should be extremely proud of themselves for their performances.”
“We’re so proud of everyone and we hope next year we can replicate the same success, and come back even bigger and better.”
