Post-hardcore band, Fightstar, are performing live at Garden Court (Building 40) in the Students’ Union tomorrow night!

Ever since an impromptu jamming session in 2003 with lead guitarist/songwriter Alex Westaway and drummer Omar Abidi after a party (and later joined by Dan Haigh on bass), Charlie Simpson left pop trio Busted to concentrate on the band full-time.

Expect an electrifying live performance from the critically acclaimed band with full support from Arcane Roots and Making Monsters.

You might have heard earlier in the week our exciting announcement that alternative rockers Fightstar are set to play at the Union. They’ll be playing the Garden Court venue behind the Stag’s on October 18, 2015.

Tickets for the gig have gone on sale today (22.07.2015) and cost £15. You can buy them from boxoffice.susu.org. Tickets for the bands reunion show at The Forum in London sold out in just 15 minutes, so it’s sure to be a popular gig!

On the March 7th the Takedown festival will return to SUSU. If you love a bit of rock or want to see some live music on your doorstep, this is the event for you!
