Update on Upcoming SUSU Events

In News

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we have made the decision to cancel all of our upcoming large-scale events taking place this Summer term

This includes AU Ball, WSA Ball, Academic Awards, Society & Volunteering Awards and Grad Ball.  We are sorry for any disappointment caused but this is the most suitable course of action at this time.

Those of you who have already bought tickets for WSA Ball and Grad Ball will be refunded automatically (you won’t need to worry about contacting us) in due course.

New Weekend Opening Hours for The Bridge

In General

Starting from this Saturday 01 February, The Bridge will be open 11.30–17.00 on Saturdays instead of the usual 11.30–23:00. This is to provide a consistent set of operating hours for general use of The Bridge each day.

This will also allow The Bridge to operate additional priority hours for affiliated groups who wish to book the space out for functions and events. Clubs and societies who may have previously missed out on utilising this space will now have an additional day’s opportunity every week to book it.
