All you need is passion and an interest in the area and we will offer full training on the job. Our Full-Time Officer positions are salaried and our Part-Time Student Leader roles can fit flexibly around your degrees.
We understand that you want to brush up those manifestos as you would a regular job application. However, make sure you don’t miss the deadline today to run for one of our roles.

In the recent National Student Survey 2016 results, Union Southampton dropped six points to an overall satisfaction rating of 66%. The sector average for satisfaction is 68%, so we are slightly below that. While we had some good news, specifically a massive increase of satisfaction at the Winchester School of Art campus, this overall satisfaction result is obviously disappointing.

Our catering operation services over 20,000 students and staff. With other Union Southampton commercial operations, its main role is to help fund student activities. Sabbatical positions are just that – if you are in the middle of your studies, you can take a year out to run for a position and then resume your work afterwards.
We have Full-Time (Sabbatical) positions, but we also have lots of part-time positions available for you to take part in.
