RAG are celebrating their 90th birthday and what better way to celebrate than a week of exciting fundraisers from karaoke to a night out in a mystery city!
For 90 years, students in Southampton have been Raising and Giving to charity. This year, RAG are hoping to raise as much money as they can for their three nominated charities for the year:

We understand that university can sometimes bring about stress, what with deadlines and adjusting to student life away from home. That’s why we developed the Peer Support scheme.
Peer Support is a confidential listening service delivered by students for students. It provides an informal opportunity to talk through any issues that may be concerning you.
Perhaps you are feeling homesick or lonely, maybe the stress of university life is getting to you or you just need someone to moan to. Our peer supporters are willing to listen to you and take time to understand what is on your mind.

Our very own Southampton RAG team have put in a bid to host the 2017 RAG Conference.
The conference is hosted in a different Union annually to showcase the successes of the year’s fundraising.
The bid comes after RAG announced their 2015-16 fundraising total, which was an incredible £165, 194.05.
