Grad Ball through the ages

You’ll have seen the announcements on Facebook, and pencilled the date in your diary; there’s no doubt about it, Graduation Ball 2016 is on the way.

Taking place on the 6th of June 2016, the fantastic event is always a night to remember. In anticipation of the first wave of information being released on Monday (18th of April), we take a look back at previous year’s graduation balls.

Grad Ball: The final countdown

So after months of anticipation, the night you’ve all been waiting for is just a few days away! So in order to plan your night, we have collated the locations and timings for each of the acts playing, so you don’t have to worry about missing your fave artist.

Grad Ball – One Week To Go!

There is just one week to go before we hit Oceana for our annual Grad Ball and your tickets are waiting for your collection!

Come along every day between 11am and 2pm from Reception (B42.)

This year’s Grad Ball looks set to be a great night, with acts such as Labrinth and Katy B entertaining in the Icehouse room, whilst S Club and B*Witched will be making sure that the Disco, otherwise known as the ‘cheese room’, is also packed out.

Grad Ball is less than 3 weeks away!

The EVAs were a wonderful celebration of our students and staff at SUSU, but an unexpected feature threatened to steal the show: the photo booth! You may have seen the many hilarious photos taken from the night and because you loved it so much, we’re bringing it to our biggest event of the year, Grad Ball! Grad Ball tickets back up for grabs!

We’re giving you one last chance.

We know that the end of any university term is almost always a mad rush of deadlines, accompanied by an increasingly empty wallet, so we understand that some of you may have missed out on securing your ticket to the Grad Ball.

We know that last term ended with a rush of deadlines, and because of this some people missed out on securing their Grad Ball ticket. 

We’ve had a ton of requests asking if we could put more tickets on sale, so in a you-asked, we-did moment for a limited amount of time only we’ll be putting tickets on general release from Monday 20 April.

SUSU Grad Ball tickets closed!

Tickets have now closed for the biggest annual event in the SUSU calendar, SUSU Grad Ball!

The glitzy celebration will be held at Southampton’s largest nightclub, Oceana, on June 8, where the 2,500 ticket holders will be treated to an eight hour party to beat all parties, featuring a star-studded line-up of performers reflecting the ‘Music Through the Ages’ theme.

Amongst the acts set to grace the stage at the hugely popular event will be 26-year-old star Labrinth, who shot to fame in 2010 with his breakthrough single ‘Let The Sun Shine’ before going on to release further incredible tracks … Read the rest
