This month we are running four careers workshops to help launch you into your dream creative career! These sessions are brought to you by the Creative Industries Zone and are perfect for anyone hoping to kick-start a career in media, advertising, marketing, journalism/editing, events promotion or fundraising. We are also running a LinkedIn Lab to help you tailor your profile to the career you’re working towards. Before the end of term, we had a chat with Yasmin Sharif and Seda Bektas, two First Year students who achieved 3rd place in the Barclays Change the World Around You competition. There were over 200 applicants, making their win super impressive! This competition required university students across the UK to submit their idea for one thing they would like to change about the world.
