What are SUSU’s opening hours during lockdown?

• Building 42 and main reception: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• The Bridge: open for use as study space only, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• The Advice Centre: our team are available via phone (023 8059 2085) or email (advice@susu.org) Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• The Shop: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• The Stag’s: Closed.
• The Plant Pot: Closed.
• The Shop On Top:

We understand how difficult things are for students in the current circumstances, especially now that England will enter another lockdown from Thursday 05 November. Please remember there is always lots of help and support available from SUSU, the University and external teams. Some of our outlets and services will remain open during this next lockdown, please see the opening times below.

Following the University’s announcement to bring forward the end of this term by one week (to Friday 13 March), we have decided to move our Easter opening hours forward to start on Monday 16 March. Please see full details below:

SUSU Building 42
Monday 16 March – Friday 17 April – 08:00 – 20:00
Thursday 09 April – Tuesday 14 April – Closed
Wednesday 15 April – Friday 17 April – 08:00 – 20:00

The Stag’s
Monday 16 March – Wednesday 08 April – 15:30 – 23:00

Christmas opening hours will come into effect on Monday 16 December.

Outlets will stay open as normal until Sunday 15 December, after which all outlets will be closed, including weekends, unless stated below. Everything will be back open as normal from Monday 06 January 2020.

Campus will be closed from Tuesday 24 December 2019 until Wednesday 01 January 2020 inclusive.

Campus will be closed from Saturday 22 December 2018 – Tuesday 01 January 2019 inclusive.

Students’ Union outlets will stay open as normal until Saturday 15 December, after which all Union outlets will be closed, including weekends, unless stated below. Everything will be back open as normal from Monday 07 January 2019.

The sun is out and we have an extra long weekend coming up – as it’s a UK Bank Holiday on Monday 6th May.

This means that The Café, The Bridge and The Union (Building 42) will be closed on Monday, but The Shop & The Stag’s will be open.
