Over 1300 Pre-sessional and Postgraduate students supported Southampton “Saints” FC in their recent Premier League match against Burnley FC on 13 August 2018, in a trip arranged by the Union.
Pre-sessional students are international students who are undertaking English language courses ahead of their degree to prepare them for studying in the UK. The match was a great chance to meet new friends and practise English Language skills whilst showing support for their new home team!
