Now that you’ve arrived at the University of Southampton and you’re settling into your new home, it’s time to go and meet your housemates and get stuck into Freshers’ here at the Students’ Union! Here are a few top tips to help kick-start your student experience in the best way possible…

Our Graduation Ball 2017 is nearly here! We’re sure that you’re all set with your wristbands and outfits, but there’s some other important information that you’re going to need to know:

• We’ll open the gate to the Ball at 20:00 on Saturday 10 June

• You will (of course) need to be wearing your Grad Ball wristband, but also remember to bring your Student ID. You will need to show both in order to get in!

• If you don’t have a Student ID, you will need to bring an other form of ID for proof of age

WRISTBAND COLLECTION FOR TICKETS BOUGHT FROM THE UNION SOUTHAMPTON BOX OFFICE (unionsouthampton.org/boxoffice):

• Wristbands can only be collected on Monday 31 October from 14:00
• There will be designated staff between 14:00 – 19:00 in Building 42 reception area, distributing wristbands
• UoS students can collect any time from 14:00 – 23:00 when The Union reception closes, but they are advised to collect between 14:00 – 19:00
• Students must bring their Student ID to collect, as this will be used to verify all orders
