Hi, everyone! This is Venny, the Winchester Campus President, with an update on printing. The WSA Committee and I would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey we sent out at the end of last semester. I’m really happy to say that nearly 300 of you have completed the survey, leaving over 5,000 words worth of comments! Without further ado, here are the results:

WSA Free Fruit Fridays

Hi everyone, it’s Venny, WSA Campus President for 2017/2018.

It was fantastic to meet so many of you at our first Free Fruit Fridays last week. For those of you who haven’t heard about it, Free Fruit Fridays is a brand new initiative led by the WSA Committee, and it’s exactly what it sounds like – you’ll will receive free fruit from the Students’ Union and the Student Committee, no strings attached. This project will run fortnightly on Fridays, in the WSA Cafe from approximately 10:00 until 14:00, although it may finish sooner depending on when we run out … Read the rest

Voting for Autumn Elections Now Open

Voting for our Autumn Elections is now open. This is your chance to have your say on who will represent you, make your voice heard and feedback your ideas and concerns to those who can make change happen.

Vote for who will be your Course Reps, Faculty Officers, Halls Committee and Zones members. Postgrad students can choose who will be on the Postgraduate Committee and WSA students can decide who they would like to be their Winchester Campus President and International Officer.

WSA: Who do you want to represent you next year?

We continually work to find new ways to improve our services to you in Winchester, so you can access opportunities that will make your student experience at University. For the first time ever this year, we have created a Winchester Student Committee, which includes roles for elected students to take ownership of the Union and to give you the chance to work with us to make the changes you want to see.
