Results are coming!
As most of you will be aware, Semester 1 results will be released tomorrow (on Thursday 18th February). Your marks will be sent to your University of Southampton email account, during the morning. Your marks will also appear on Self Service Banner, accessed from your SUSSED account, via the ‘My Student Record’ icon from 12 noon.
We’re really hoping you are happy with the results you get, but if not – here’re a few tips:-
- Speak to your Personal Academic Tutor – they are the person who is there to support your through your academic life here. If you’re struggling or not sure what to do, they are a great source of information and advice to help you move forward.
- Visit The Advice Centre – for completely free, confidential and independent advice the advisers in the Advice Centre are the place to go. They’ll be able to talk you through what your options are and help you solve any issues.
- If you just need to talk to someone, then please contact Nightline or Peer Support: support services that are run by students for students.
- If you want to access your exam scripts, get in contact with your Faculty Office or lecturer and they will be able to give you more information as to when you can have a look.
Don’t forget – You Are More Than Your Degree! It’s not the end of the world if you don’t get exactly what you want, there are always opportunities out there no matter what you get. This puppy will love you no matter what 🙂
